Digital Embroidery Products

  • All products sold on Afro Embroidery are digital embroidery files only
  • No physical products are sold or shipped
  • Files are delivered electronically after successful payment
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise
  • Design edits or modifications are not included unless purchased as a custom service
  • Some promotional or bundled products may have additional terms disclosed at checkout

User Accounts & Security

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
  • Log out after each session

Afro Embroidery is not responsible for losses caused by failure to secure your account.

Services Offered

Afro Embroidery provides:

  • Ready-made DST embroidery files (other formats such as DSB, JEF, PES, EXP available on request)
  • Custom embroidery digitizing services
  • Downloadable digital embroidery content

Purchased products are made available for download via your account or a secure delivery method once payment is confirmed.

Custom Orders

  • Custom digitizing is based on images, sketches, or references provided by the user
  • Delivery timelines depend on design complexity and will be communicated in advance
  • Minor revisions may be included where applicable
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once work has started
